Bidding for the NASCAR Hall of Fame

(6/1/05) Bids were due Tuesday from Charlotte and four other cities gunning for the NASCAR Hall of Fame. The cities competing against Charlotte are: Atlanta, Daytona Beach, Richmond, and Kansas City.
