(9/23/05) Filling up for a little less than three dollars a gallon could become a thing of the past if severe weather continues to hit the Gulf Coast- where much of North Carolina's gas supply comes from. WFAE Commentator Jean Roznik says it might be time to seriously consider public transportation.
