Freedom Division Officers responded to a suicide call for service on the Old Gum Branch Road Bridge at Interstate 485. Upon arrival, officers located a Christina Elizabeth Treadway on Interstate 485, who was pronounced deceased.
Additional information gathered on the scene led officers to respond to a home in the 2100 block of Sebastiani Drive. Upon their arrival, officers located 2 children inside of the residence with life threatening injuries. They were both transported to CMC Main, where they were pronounced deceased by hospital staff.
The initial investigation revealed that Ms. Treadway assaulted her children before she committed suicide. Isaiah Miller (age 7) is pictured here with his sister.
