Judicial Races Pose Problems for Voters

North Carolina voters will have their say on some high profile races Tuesday, including President and Governor. There are also some lesser-known races on the ballot - including a couple of the state's top judicial positions. That choice poses a tricky problem for many voters. WFAE's Julie Rose explains:
