Lottery Debate Heats Up

(03/24/05) North Carolina House Speaker Jim Black wants a vote on a proposed state lottery. Black plans to name a special committee to consider a bill for a lottery and says he plans to have a bill ready soon. WFAE's Simone Orendain spoke with House Speaker Black and asked him why he's introducing the bill.
