(1/19/05) For the tens of thousands of Mecklenburg County residents who lack health insurance it's a challenge to stay healthy. In September, the county's medical society unveiled "Physicians Reach Out," a health care initiative designed to make it easier for the poor to get medical care. WFAE's Jaime Bedrin discussed the program's first months with the Mecklenburg County Medical Society's past president Dr. John Klimas.
