CHS Frustrated With Meck Officials On Hospital Request

Carolinas HealthCare System is threatening to build a planned 44-bed psychiatric hospital outside Mecklenburg County. Michael Tarwater is frustrated the county hasn't approved the project, although it has received state approval. The hospital would be built in Huntersville.
