NASCAR driver Kyle Bush was clocked going 128 miles per hour. Problem is, it wasn't on a race track. It was on a road between Mooresville and Troutman where the speed limit is only 45. The Statesville Record & Landmark reports an Iredell County sheriff's deputy cited Busch today for speeding and careless and reckless driving. The incident occurred near the intersection of Perth and Judas roads.
