Catching Up with CMPD's New Chief
Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Chief Rodney Monroe has been on the job for seven weeks now. It's been an eventful time. And the department has had to contend with question surrounding a taser-induced death. WFAE's Lisa Miller spoke with Monroe about his time here so far.
