U.S. Senator Kay Hagan surprised a lot of people when she defeated incumbent Elizabeth Dole. Hagan was a little-known state senator when she entered the race. Now, she's been on Capitol Hill for about 10 weeks. WFAE's Lisa Miller caught up with her Wednesday afternoon. They discussed tobacco policy and the role of lobbyists in Washington.
