Authorities are requesting public assistance in identifying a man captured on camera footage walking near the scene where a 13-year-old Lumberton girl was abducted.
The FBI and the Lumberton Police Department are offering a $15,000 reward for information that could help in the search for 13-year-old Hania Noelia Aguilar.
The man in the video is wearing light colored shoes, a light-colored shirt and a hoodie. Camera footage shows him walking toward the Rosewood Mobile Home Park, where Aguilar was kidnapped just before 7 a.m. Nov. 5.

The FBI said on the day Aguilar was kidnapped, a witness heard her scream and looked outside to see a man wearing a yellow bandana force the girl into a vehicle that was parked in the driveway. Police say the captor stole a relative’s car for the abduction — a green SUV that was located Thursday morning. Authorities say the stolen SUV was found around 8 a.m. in the woods near Quincey Drive in Lumberton.
"Our search for Hania expands every second and it also becomes more and more dire," the FBI said. "We still need your help."
Police are asking anyone with information or any businesses near or on Quincey Drive that have security cameras to call the FBI tip line at 910-272-5871.
Aguilar's mother is pleading for the community's help in finding the teenage girl.
"I just want my daughter back with me," she said.
She also had this message for her daughter:
"I am here waiting for you, I love you and I only care about you and I don't have anything against whoever did this to you. I just want you back."
Authorities describe Aguilar as a 5-foot Hispanic girl who weighs about 125 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a blue shirt with flowers and blue jeans.
