A man charged in the killing of the owner of Brooks Sandwich House has now been charged in the January deaths of a man and a woman in north Charlotte, CMPD said Friday.
Terry Connor Jr., 33, was already in custody at Mecklenburg County Jail, charged for his role in the shooting death of Scott Brooks in December 2019 when he was charged with a role in the deaths of two people found in a car down an embankment Jan. 11.
Siojvon Joseph and Asa Shannon, both 35, were found dead in a car in the 1400 block of Atando Avenue in January.
On Jan. 29, Everett Connor, 32, was charged with murder in the case. On Feb. 7, Steven Staples, 30, was also charged in the killings.
Terry Connor Jr. is now the third person charged in the deaths of Joseph and Shannon. He has been charged with first degree murder, two counts of first degree kidnapping, armed robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy and first degree burglary.
