(9/15/05) Residents of north Mecklenburg County have a new place to go shopping. Northlake Mall celebrates its grand opening today. The 1.1 million square foot mall is located at the intersection of Harris Blvd./Reames Road and I-77, ten miles north of center city. WFAE's Jaime Bedrin wanted to know what to expect from Northlake Mall. She caught up with Ashley Gibson, retail reporter for the Charlotte Business Journal.
