President Donald Trump will deliver the keynote address at a criminal justice reform forum in Columbia, South Carolina, next Friday, a White House official confirmed.

Trump will share billing at the event with a handful of some of the top Democrats attempting to replace him in 2020, including Joe Biden, Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders. The Democrats will speak Saturday and Sunday.

The 2019 Second Step Presidential Justice Forum, held Oct. 25-27 at Benedict College, a historically black college, is described as "exclusively focused on the future of criminal justice reform after the First Step Act." The First Step Act is the bill Trump signed into law late last year.

The visit would mark Trump's first to a HBCU as president.

The forum bills itself as an attempt for all presidential candidates to "present their criminal justice reform platforms, setting forth specific and articulate policy proposals with measurable results to be achieved by 2024."

Tickets for each one-hour session are $40 and are available at Eventbrite.
