One man has been asking this question of our war on terror: Are we winning? Lt. Gen. Michael Nagata was in charge of Strategic Operation Planning at the National Counterterrorism Center. He shares his thoughts.
Lt. Gen. Michael Nagata has spent a lot of time asking the question, “Are we winning?”
He’s referring to America’s war on terrorism. In his 38 years of active duty in the U.S. Army (34 of those in Special Operations), Nagata certainly has had a front row seat to America’s counterterrorism efforts.
He’s in Charlotte to deliver his message about where we stand in our fight against terrorism and will join us to talk about how he defines “winning” in the war on terrorism, how we're doing, and what we need to do to win the war on terrorism long term.
Guest:
Lt. Gen. Michael Nagata, U.S. Army, retired, and former director of Strategic Operational Planning at the National Counterterrorism Center.
