Marine veteran, NC candidate for Senate, removed from Senate hearing after protest over Iran

A U.S. Marine Corps veteran was removed from a Senate Armed Services Subcommittee on Readiness and Management Support hearing Wednesday after protesting military action in Iran.

CBS reported that Brian McGinnis, a Green Party candidate running for U.S. Senate in North Carolina, was forcibly removed by U.S. Capitol Police.
