BofA Has Reason To Worry, Poll Shows

A new poll says Bank of America customers are the least satisfied among the big banks, Bloomberg Businessweek reports. As a result, the poll by Harris Interactive reports that 9 percent of BofA customers are not likely to continue with the bank. That's significantly more than JP Morgan Chase and Wells Fargo. The Businessweek report also includes a new figure from the National Credit Union Association. According to the group, Businessweek reports, credit unions have gains 650,000 members with $4.5 billion in deposits since September 29. That's the date that BofA announced it would charge debit card users a $5 monthly fee, a decision the bank revoked this week.
