Create Carolina Festival / Piedmont Dance Theatre We visit with two regional arts events today. Down in Rock Hill, Winthrop University is holding its second annual Create Carolina Arts Festival. Among this year's offerings is a new play based on events of the 1870s that intriguingly mirror today's political world. Then we talk with folks from Kannapolis based Piedmont Dance Theatre. Kannapolis is becoming a new town in its post textile phase and arts are a big part of that transformation.
