The U.S. Congress has begun a series of hearings to evaluate one of the Bush Administration's most familiar programs: No Child Left Behind. North Carolina lawmakers on both sides of the aisle have concerns about how the data for the program is collected and whether No Child Left Behind gets in the way of the state's own accountability program.
