Results of the "Kids Count" survey taken in 2005 show North Carolina ranks 41st. The survey by the Annie E. Casey Foundation measures 10 indicators of child well-being in the 50 states. WFAE's Simone Orendain spoke about the results with policy researcher Elizabeth Hudgins of Action for Children.
