Going into the day, the outcome of the 100th House District race between House Speaker Jim Black and Republican opponent Hal Jordan was already in question. Now, news of the wrong ballots given to several hundred voters last week has the race in the hands of the State Board of Election. WFAE's Scott Graf reports.
