Last week was a challenging one for Bank of America. The Charlotte-based bank started the week with an announcement of a possible take over of Chicago-based LaSalle Bank, which is now embroiled in a complex deal. And ended with a rebuff from Gaston County Government. From WFAE's Carolinas Business Bureau Simone Orendain spoke with UNC Charlotte Banking Analyst Tony Plath, by first asking him to explain the LaSalle deal.
