Frogs Say A Lot

http://66.225.205.104/LM20070501.mp3

Starting in February volunteers in North Carolina have been poking around forests, neighborhoods and wetlands listening for frogs. It's part of a national effort to determine where different frog species are located with an eye to measuring the environmental health of an area. WFAE's Lisa Miller followed one group surveying an area around Huntersville. See the group and some of the frogs. If your interested in keeping an eye on these animals, you can record your observations at www.carolinaherpatlas.org.
