A new report issued by the federal government says that North Carolina will see a 57% increase in the rate of arthritis by 2030. WFAE's Craig Fahle spoke with Dr. John Klippel, President and CEO of the Arthritis Foundation about the report. Dr. Klippel says the increase is alarming.
