The Charlotte Literary Festival is taking place over the weekend. It's featuring a top-selling African American writer Zane, romance author Catherine Coulter, and Essence best-selling writers Omar Tyree and Donna Mills. WFAE's Lisa Miller spoke with Jazz Vincent who started the festival last year.
