So far, the debate over the upcoming vote on Charlotte's half-cent sales tax for transportation has been dominated by those for and against light rail. But a third group has added its voice to the discussion . The "Save the Bus!" campaign is being co-chaired by Sam Spencer, a 22-year old senior at Davidson College who says he's relied on CATS buses quite a bit in his life. WFAE's Scott Graf spoke with Spencer, and asked him what's different about the new campaign.
