For the last two days on the campus of Catawba College in Salisbury, scientists, government officials and other advocates of an emerging technology gathered to share their knowledge and ideas. The group included some from the U.S., and some from overseas, but they all had one thing in common - they see a healthy future for a technology known as Hydrail. WFAE's Scott Graf has this report.
