Thanks to an Easter weekend freeze, an extreme drought, and now record heat late in the summer, North Carolina farmers are facing a crisis: They're running out of food for their livestock. State Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler spoke with WFAE's Scott Graf about recently announced programs to help farmers obtain more food.
