Barbecue of the world will be on display Saturday as part of a food tour organized by the Levine Museum of the New South. "The New South Barbecue Tour" will see participants bused to various ethnic restaurants around the city, where they can sample how barbecue is done around the world. WFAE's Scott Graf speaks with Museum Historian Tom Hanchett about the tour.
