The first Lynx trains carrying paying passengers departed Monday morning around 5:30. For the whole day, the Charlotte Area Transit system estimates ridership on the train was at 5,000. WFAE's Lisa Miller rode the train and talked with passengers adjusting to a new mode of transportation.
