The Carolina Panthers host the San Francisco 49ers Sunday at Bank of America Stadium. San Francisco is 3-and-8 this year. The Panthers are 4-and-7. It will very likely be the last time Carolina is favored in a game this year. The Panthers have lost five in a row and they haven't won a home game in over a year. WFAE's Scott Graf talked with Charlotte Observer sports columnist Scott Fowler about the state of the team. He began by asking how soon the losing streak might come to an end.
