This year's National High School Chef of the Year is from Charlotte. And just before he graduates, 19-year old pastry chef Luis Rojas is preparing for another national competition in two weeks. Last month, Rojas beat about 800 student chefs from around the country to win an $80,000 scholarship to attend Johnson and Wales University. WFAE's Simone Orendain sat down with Rojas in his classroom-kitchen at East Mecklenburg High School.
