A South Carolina technology company has outfitted garbage trucks in the town of Clemson with Global Positioning Systems to help save on fuel costs. The devices have been in use for a little over a year and the Clemson city administrator says they've saved about 350 gallons of fuel a month. From WFAE's Carolinas Business Bureau, Simone Orendain spoke with Jim Oswald who - along with a partner - created the in-demand trash-tracking device.
