Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools today announced that reading proficiency scores dipped significantly because of changes in test standards. CMS reading scores were slightly lower than the statewide average. But across most of the state, there was also a drop in those scores. Mark Rumsey talks to Simone Orendain about what those scores mean.
