Police have identified the victim of a shooting in east Charlotte as 24-year-old Randy Lee Tarlton.
Tarlton was found with gunshot wounds in the 7600 block of Gwynne Hill Road Sunday night.
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department says Tarlton’s family has been notified of his death and that an active investigation is underway.
