You may remember Webb Hubbell. A former Associate Attorney General of the United States and longtime friend of Bill and Hillary Clinton, he was swept up in Ken Starr's Whitewater investigation. After pleading guilty to federal wire and tax fraud charges, he served time in prison and now lives in Charlotte. He's also published his first novel set in a fictionalized version of his hometown of Little Rock.
