In the process of pruning and taking down dead trees, the city of Charlotte generates more than 4,500 tons of wood each year and that doesn't include wood harvested by developers and tree companies. Much of that wood is tuned into mulch but there are much better things that can be done with all that wood. It can be turned into many different high-quality products. We'll find out more about the benefits of treecycling.
