NPR’s Michel Martin brings her new series of live programs, NPR Presents, to Charlotte next week and joins us in advance to talk about this new project and the topic of the discussion in our city: Voting rights. That’s in the first part of our program. Then, we meet the stars of Opera Carolina’s opening production of the season: Nabucco. It is the story of a father rendered helpless in the face of his daughter.
