CMPD Chief Kerr Putney joins us in the aftermath of the Randall Kerrick mistrial which resulted in only minor protests and few arrests.  But Putney sees the department’s work as being far from over. He shares his thoughts on community building, race relations and how police interact with the community in the first part of the program.
