Cooper releases his budget recommendations.

A new election is in the works for the 9th Congressional District, beginning with candidate filing on March 11 and a primary in May. Several Republicans have thrown their hats in the ring. We'll learn more, and we'll also talk about the latest arrests in the election fraud case in that district.

The murder trial of Rayquan Borum is nearing its end, as the case went to the jury on Wednesday after Borum declined to testify the day before. We'll bring the latest.
