The North Carolina Legislature gave the green light last week to new toll roads in North Carolina. Six projects, two of them in the Charlotte area, now officially enter the planning and financing stages. The state now looks to the bond market to find financing to build the toll roads. WFAE's Craig Fahle spoke with David Joyner, executive director of the North Carolina Turnpike Authority. He asked him which projects we can expect first.
