When voters who live in the 100th House District woke up last Wednesday, they learned that incumbent House Speaker Jim Black, one of the most powerful members of the state legislature, was ahead by just 7 votes in his bid for re-election. The final outcome of the race would be determined by about 120 provisional ballots. But now, problems in one precinct may force the entire district to vote again. WFAE's Scott Graf reports.
