The City of Charlotte learned Wednesday that it will not be the location of a new US Airways flight operations center. The city had been competing with both Pheonix and the eventual winner, Pittsburgh, for the facility. From WFAE's Carolinas Business Bureau Craig Fahle spoke with Tom Flynn, the economic development director for the City of Charlotte. He asked whether the announcement was a surprise.
