Mecklenburg County voters have decided to keep the half-cent sales tax, which goes to support the Charlotte Area Transit System. Seventy percent of those who weighed in on the tax chose to keep it in place. WFAE's Lisa Miller spoke with CATS C.E.O. Ron Tober about his thoughts on the tally.
