Dwayne Dail spent 18 years in a North Carolina prison for a crime he did not commit. He was convicted of raping a 12-year-old girl in Goldsboro. Last year he was pardoned and released from prison after DNA evidence proved he was an innocent man. Dail was in Charlotte talking to students at Johnson C. Smith and Charlotte School of Law. He is now 39 years-old. WFAE's Lisa Miller asked him about his life after prison.
