Over the last year, people throughout the Charlotte region raised money to buy relief supplies for people in Sudan. This month a 10-person team from this area traveled to Sudan to hand out those supplies. WBTV newscaster Steve Crump went along to shoot a documentary about Charlotte's connection with Sudan and the struggles people there have had to endure. WFAE's Lisa Miller spoke to Crump about the reason for the trip.
