According to the FBI, a man who wore a straight, brown wig robbed a BB&T Bank in Hendersonville on Thursday at about 4:45 p.m.

The man, who is about 5-feet-4 inches, was wearing a shoulder-length black wig and a black, puffy jacket when he entered the bank and handed the teller a note demanding money. He left with an undisclosed amount of money.

The same man is suspected to have robbed three other banks in the Charlotte area in the past month -- a BB&T Bank in Huntersville on Dec. 13, a New Horizon Bank in Belmont on Jan. 8 and a Wells Fargo Bank in Gastonia about five hours after the Belmont robbery.

The FBI previously released three surveillance photos of the suspects from the robberies. In Huntersville, his hair is a blonde bob; in Belmont, it is long and bright red; in Gastonia, it is curly and dark.
