Three people have been charged in the death of a woman whose body was found Saturday in Charlotte’s NoDa neighborhood.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police say 19-year-old James Salerno, 21-year-old Lavi Pham and 24-year-old Kelly Lavery have been charged with kidnapping and murder.

The department says it appears the body is that of 20-year-old Mary Collins. Collins' family reported her missing on March 30 and say she had been diagnosed with a cognitive disability.

Collins was found Saturday in the 700 block of Rollerton Road. She'd last been seen by family on Burnley Road and was believed to have gone to NoDa to meet friends.

CMPD is asking anyone with information on the case to call 704-432-8477.
