North Carolina Republican Sue Myrick is wrapping up her sixth term in Congress. The former Charlotte mayor broke into the House of Representatives twelve years ago, when Republicans seized the majority with a document called the Contract with America. It pledges fiscal responsibility and conservative values. But as Terry Gildea reports from WFAE's Capitol Hill Bureau, Myrick is ignoring a provision of the contract she agreed to pass, by running for a seventh congressional term.
