Gov. Josh Stein is scheduled to visit Charlotte on Thursday for the grand opening of PSA Airlines’ new headquarters in the city.
The new facility is expected to bring 400 jobs to Mecklenburg County and support more than $228 million in annual economic output in North Carolina, according to state and local officials.
